Parent & Student Expectations

Parents/Guardians are required to review the WWR Policies Guide and read, sign, and submit the Expectation Agreement Form, which outlines the responsibilities and expectations of the teacher, student, and parent/guardian.

The Expectation Agreement Form will be emailed upon registration.

Registration & Enrollment Policy

Enrollment is not considered complete until the required deposit/payment has been received.
A signed Teacher/Student Expectation Agreement Form must be submitted before enrollment is finalized.
Students must meet all listed prerequisites for their course level.

Tuition & Payment Policy

Tuition for Fable and Narrative courses is $400 per student.
Tuition for Chreia/Maxim is $425 per student.
A 50% deposit is due upon registration.
The remaining balance is due August 3rd.
Registrations received on or after August 1st require full payment at the time of registration.
Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in loss of enrollment.
Payment plans beyond the stated schedule must be approved in writing/email.

Refund & Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals made before August 1st may receive a refund of tuition paid minus processing fees.
No refunds will be issued after classes begin except in extraordinary circumstances at the teacher's discretion.
If a class must be canceled due to insufficient enrollment, all payments will be refunded in full.

Attendance Policy

Students are expected to attend all live classes.
Absences should be communicated to the teacher as soon as possible.
Tuition is not reduced or refunded for missed classes.

Technology Requirements Policy

Students must have reliable internet access.
Students must use a working camera and microphone during class.
Cameras should remain on unless prior arrangements have been made.
Students should join class from a quiet environment that supports participation and learning.

Classroom Conduct Policy

Students are expected to demonstrate respect toward the teacher and fellow classmates.
Students should come prepared with required materials.
Students should participate appropriately in discussions and writing activities.
Disruptive behavior may result in parent communication and, if necessary, removal from class without refund.

Assignment & Grading Policy

Enrichment Track

Students receive instructional support and personalized feedback.

Academic Track

Students receive formal grades.
Assignments should be submitted by established deadlines.

Final Draft Submission Policy

Final drafts must be submitted via email by the stated due date.
Late submissions may receive feedback as time permits.
The teacher is not obligated to provide extensive feedback on significantly late assignments.
Graded assignments will be returned with individualized comments.
Graded assignments will be returned within a 1-3 week period

Parents are expected to support student success by:
- Ensuring assignments are completed.
- Monitoring communication and deadlines.
- Communicating concerns respectfully and promptly.
Parents and students must sign the Teacher/Student Expectation Agreement before participation.

Communication Policy

Email is the primary method of communication.
Registration confirmations will be sent within 48 hours.
The teacher will make reasonable efforts to respond to emails within 1–2 business days.
Communication received on weekends or holidays may be addressed on the next business day.

If class must be canceled due to teacher illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, families will be notified as soon as possible.
A makeup class, recorded lesson, or alternate assignment will be provided when feasible.
Scheduled breaks (Thanksgiving, Winter, Spring, and Holy Week) are already built into the academic calendar.

Academic Integrity Policy

Students should submit their own original work.
Parents may assist, but assignments should reflect the student's thinking and writing.
