It is the Teacher's responsibility to:

- Hold classes twice per week during the scheduled school year, with the exception of holidays and seasonal breaks.
- Provide assignments for students to complete as homework.
- Assign and provide Final Draft requirements and instructions at the conclusion of each lesson.
- Review, provide feedback on, and grade Final Drafts that have been submitted according to the designated submission process.

- Follow all instructions regarding the writing, formatting, and submission of Final Drafts.

It is the Parent/Guardian's responsibility to:
It is the Parent/Guardian's responsibility to:
- Notify the teacher if a student will be absent due to illness or scheduling conflicts.
- Ensure that the student remains current with assigned homework.
- Request any Final Draft extension at least 24 hours before the due date due to illness or scheduling conflicts.

It is the joint responsibility of the Student and Parent/Guardian to:

- Ensure the student brings their workbook to class, has a functioning camera and microphone. Any exceptions must be discussed and approved by both the parent/guardian and teacher prior to class.
- Ensure that all Final Drafts are submitted by the assigned due date.
- Verify that all Final Draft titles and formatting requirements have been properly completed before submission. Failure to follow submission requirements may result in a grade of zero.
